Multi-Press: Chest

The multi-press engages multiple muscles in the chest, including the pectoralis major and minor, providing a comprehensive chest workout.

Multi-Press: Shoulders

Build a powerful upper body with standing shoulder presses. Muscles targeted include deltoids, triceps, upper chest, and core.  

Multi-Press: Rows

No need to sit on the floor to perform rowing exercises. Simply grasp the mid row handles for an exhilarating mid and lower back workout that will increase flexibility, build strength and relieve lower back stress.

Lat Pulldown / High Pulley

Develop your back, shoulders and arms with the lat pulldown. The versatile high pulley also allows users to perform tricep pushdowns, cable twists, face pulls and more. 

Functional Pulley

Perform a variety of exercises such as pec flys, converging chest presses, and shoulder presses. Functional Pulley includes adjustable arms to allow you to change the angle of resistance 160 degrees, in 20 degree increments.

Leg Extension / Leg Curl

Strengthen your quads and hamstrings with precise biomechanical form, enhancing knee strength and stability and building powerful legs.

Leg Press

Experience a full range of motion and frictionless movement to target your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. The 2:1 ratio converts the existing weight stack into double the resistance.

Hip Extension

Concentrate on the Inner Thigh, Outer Thigh, Hip Flexor, and Glute muscles. Includes easy entry and exit design, adjustable height, adjustable cam for proper hip joint alignment, and stabilizing handles for balance.

Weight Assisted Dip / Chin Up

Perform dips and chinups regardless of your level of fitness. This attachment also features a VKR station allowing users to train their core muscles with knee and leg raises.
