Resistance Features
The Viking Pro V has 5 levels of adjustable resistance.
Level 1 is the lowest resistance level, suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants, or rehabilitation patients just starting on their fitness journey.
Level 5 is the highest setting and is perfect for high intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints.
With its firm instant catch and a consistent resistance, the Viking Pro V provides the closest emulation of on-water rowing.
