Order Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email once order is placed.
- If the ordered products are in stock, we will process your payment and prepare the order for shipment.
- If ordered products require longer than 5 business days to prepare for shipment, we will notify you right away by email.
Order Shipment:
- We will send you a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- For multi-product orders, we may send several tracking numbers because products are shipped from different warehouses.
- Smaller Items (less than 100lbs) are shipped via common carrier (UPS / Fedex).
- Larger Items (greater than 100lbs) are shipped via LTL carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery of the products.
- All items shipped via LTL carrier are delivered “Curbside”, meaning they are dropped off at the curb.
- If you require specialized shipping options, please reach out to us directly.
Shipping Times:
- Once Shipped from the Warehouse, Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
- We provide estimated shipping times, but unforeseen circumstances (ex. Inclement weather) can occur that may cause delays.
Damages:
- Sometimes products get damaged during shipment
- Inspect your package upon delivery.
- If there is damage to the product or packaging, note the damage on the delivery slip and take photos of the damage. Please reach out to us within 24 hours to notify us of damage so that we may file a freight claim on your behalf.
- You can refuse to accept the damaged goods and send them back to the point of shipping.
- Claims for Concealed Damage must be submitted within 72 Hours of receipt of products.
- Shipping Damages do not qualify as defects under warranty, so it’s important to follow the procedures noted above.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel any Order within 24 Hours of Payment.
- After 24 Hours, most orders can be cancelled but exceptions apply.
- Once a Tracking Number has been issued, normal return and refund procedures must be followed.

Refunds and Returns:
- Unless specifically noted below, there’s a 30-day return window from delivery for unused, unassembled, and new products in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless it's Active Fitness Depot's error.
- A Restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied for returns due to customer error or remorse.
- Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
